2-shaft turret type unwinder
With our unwinder, you can perform quick changeovers of materials or products without stopping production.
You can choose one of the following three splicing methods --- fly cutting, high-speed traversing, and butt-splicing. You get the splicing method that best suits your production needs, to match the line speed, material or product characteristics, etc.

We also have a tapeless system for connecting film to the rewinding core which avoids the use of double-sided tape.

A tape application mechanism which achieves precise butt splicing of substrates at high speed thanks to rolling on both the top and bottom of the substrate.
