In some cases, we may request confirmation that the party making the inquiry is in fact the person in question or his/her agent.

If we receive a request for disclosure of personal information etc. managed by the Company from the person in question or his/her lawful agent, or for revision or deletion etc. of items of personal information etc. because of errors, we shall take proper action only after requesting and obtaining confirmation that the request is from the person in question or his/her lawful agent, in order to prevent the leakage of personal information etc.
